At Cape Fear eFoil, we are fully certified by Flite USA to perform everything from routine maintenance and diagnostics to complete system rebuilds. Whether your board needs a simple tune-up or a full restoration, our goal is to get you back on the water quickly and with total confidence.
Flite Warranty
Flite offers a limited two-year warranty, one of the strongest in the industry, covering materials and workmanship across its full product range. As a certified service center, Cape Fear eFoil can process Flite warranty claims and perform authorized repair or replacement work under warranty.
If you experience any issues with your Fliteboard, contact us directly — we’ll coordinate with Flite to ensure your equipment is inspected, serviced, and returned to you as quickly as possible.
Annual Service
$150
Regular maintenance ensures your Fliteboard continues performing at its best. Flite recommends service every 12 months or 100 hours of use to confirm that all systems are operating properly and that your board is ready for the next ride.
In the Cape Fear region, we suggest scheduling your annual service in the spring, ahead of the busy summer season, to make sure your setup is fully prepared for peak riding conditions.
***Note: Your first service is required within the first year of purchase to maintain Flite’s warranty coverage.

For boards that need more than routine maintenance. Advanced Service is designed for Fliteboards showing signs of wear, performance irregularities, or system alerts
This service includes a comprehensive teardown and diagnostic process, addressing propulsion, electronics, and waterproof integrity. Our certified technicians perform advanced testing, replace wear components, update firmware, and ensure every system meets Flite’s factory standards before returning your board to the water.

Warranty Service
Fliteboard stands behind every product with a two-year limited warranty. This coverage includes materials and workmanship across all major components.
As a certified Flite service center, Cape Fear eFoil is authorized to inspect, process, and complete warranty repairs locally saving you the time, cost, and hassle of shipping your board back to Flite.
If your board experiences a covered issue, you can bring or ship it directly to us for inspection. We’ll handle diagnostics, documentation, and coordination with Flite to ensure your repair or replacement is completed quickly and correctly.
